Privacy
Thainight processes the trip details you submit to generate accommodation-planning guidance. This notice describes the current planning, account, saved-trip and product-analytics features.
Planning and AI
Trip inputs, including cities, nights, guest counts, budget and preferences, are processed to create a stay strategy. When the AI strategy feature is available, the structured planning request is sent to our AI provider. Do not include passport numbers, payment details or other sensitive information in the planning form or conversation.
Accounts and saved trips
Supabase provides authentication and stores your account identifier and saved trip plans. Saved plans are private to your account unless you create a share link. Anyone with an active share link can view that plan without seeing your email or account details. You can disable the link or delete the saved trip.
Product analytics
We use a random first-party visitor identifier in browser storage and a cookie to count visits, planning starts, generated strategies, saved trips and Agoda clicks. Funnel events do not store your email, conversation text or raw IP address. AI usage records store a one-way client identifier hash, model name, token counts and estimated cost so we can enforce daily limits.
Affiliate handoff
When you follow an Agoda link, we record the handoff for product and affiliate reporting. Agoda then processes your activity under its own privacy terms. Thainight does not receive or process your hotel payment.
Marketing
Signing in, saving a trip or using a share link does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing subscription will require a separate choice.
